We don't have secrets on the factory floor.
Most manufacturing happens out of sight. Ours doesn't. If you're a buyer sizing up a partner, a journalist working on a story, or a traveller who cares how things get made — come by. We'll make time, make space, and make tea.
Visits usually last an hour or two. You can bring a small group; please don't bring surprises — giving our team a heads-up lets everyone plan the day.
Workshop

A light-filled sewing floor where a team of artisans runs cutting, stitching, embroidery, and finishing. Drop by for a tour, a conversation, and (usually) chai.

Our US-based account team handles briefs, quotes, samples, and logistics across North American time zones. Phone calls, video, or a coffee if you're nearby.

What a visit looks like
Three hours, roughly in this order.
Meet the team
Start with the people. You'll meet the makers, not just a host, and hear what each person does day-to-day.
Walk the floor
Cutting, stitching, finishing, QC — see every step of production in sequence, and ask about any detail that catches your eye.
See the neighbourhood
The workshop is woven into the local community. We'll happily introduce you to the shops and stalls around it if you have time.
